Calf implants are solid soft high grade silicone implants, that are placed in the leg through a small incision in the crease behind the knee. Implants are tailored to the unique dimensions of the patient’s calf muscles and to the desired appearance of the patient.
Occasionally calf augmentation can be used to correct congenital deficiencies in calf muscle size.
